REDUX | MRO | Anomalies Near Mendel on Mars

BACKGROUND:
The photograph analyzed here (ESP_032158_1185) was acquired by NASA’s Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter on 06 June 2013 and is described as ‘USGS Dune Database 1699-613 Changes.’

ANALYSIS:
Featured here are a diverse set of anomalies I discovered at a site near Mendel in a region of Mars called Terra Cimmeria. The anomalies range in size from six metres across to 20 metres across (so they are huge).

As always, until we get to see these anomalies up close and personal, I can only speculate as to what these objects might be.

DEEP DIVE | MRO | Possible Opening in Nereidum Montes on Mars

BACKGROUND:
The photograph analyzed here (ESP_014391_1365) was acquired by NASA’s Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter on 21 August 2009 and is described as ‘Gullies and Pasted on Material in Nereidum Montes.’

ANALYSIS:
Featured here are two rather interesting anomalies:

The first anomaly looks like an opening or entrance about 50 metres in width and about 11 metres high. There seems to be a long trench to its right (could water have flowed out of it in the past or might something have crashed there leaving the trench, if so where is the crashed object now?).

The second anomaly about 18 metres in length looks like a ripped open object with a darker part protruding out of the opening (might this be wreckage of some kind?).

Watch the video in which I provide in-depth analysis and exact x, y co-ordinates to find the two anomalies in the NASA JP2 photograph opened in HiVIEW.

As always, until we get to see these anomalies up close and personal, I can only speculate as to what these objects might be.

Following are comparisons of the upscaled images of the objects using Topaz Labs’ Gigapixel to conventionally magnified images of the same objects. The highlights, shadows, geometry and shape of the objects are the same on both, the only difference is that the upscaled images are a lot sharper (Gigapixel upscales preserving the edges of objects whereas conventionally magnified images are blurry).

REDUX | ROVER CURIOSITY | Possible Entranceway (Sol 3466)?

BACKGROUND:
This photograph was taken by the Mast Camera (Mastcam) onboard NASA’s Mars rover Curiosity on Sol 3466 (2022-05-07 07:58:16 UTC).

ANALYSIS:
I speculate this photograph shows the remains of a tomb-like entranceway. Compared to some tombs we find here on Earth, this is highly compelling evidence. In this presentation I compare it to the tomb entranceway of Uky in Egypt. Estimations are that this entranceway on Mars is about a half metre to a metre tall.

Joe from ArtAlien TV and I found this anomaly on the same day way back in 2022.

As always, until we get to see these anomalies up close and personal, I can only speculate as to what these anomalies might be.

MRO | Odds and Ends in Ulyxis Rupes on Mars

BACKGROUND:
The photograph analyzed here (ESP_059244_1140) was acquired by NASA’s Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter on 17 March 2019 and is described as ‘Mantle Contact Area.’

ANALYSIS:
Featured here are compelling megalithic blocks/slabs with protrusions (some with holes) I discovered at a site in Ulyxis Rupes in a region of Mars called Terra Cimmeria. They each measure approximately ten metres across.

Might these have been part of a megalithic structure which was destroyed with all the blocks spread out over this site?

The images featured here were upscaled using Topaz Labs’ Gigapixel.

As always, until we get to see these anomalies up close and personal, I can only speculate as to what these objects might be.

MRO | Large Dome-Shaped Feature in Ulyxis Rupes on Mars

BACKGROUND:
The photograph analyzed here (ESP_057688_1140) was acquired by NASA’s Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter on 16 November 2018 and is described as ‘Rough Terrain Exposed from Under Smooth Mantle.’

ANALYSIS:
Featured here is an interesting dome-shaped anomaly I discovered at a site in Ulyxis Rupes in a region of Mars called Terra Cimmeria. It measures approximately eight metres in length, has a symmetrical oblong, dome shape with a narrow rim or skirting. There also appears to be an opening on the open side (could it be hollow inside?).

Might this be a huge fossilized shell or snail or perhaps a designed and built structure?

The image featured here was upscaled using Topaz Labs’ Gigapixel.

As always, until we get to see these anomalies up close and personal, I can only speculate as to what these objects might be.

MRO | Anomalies East of Mars 3 Lander on Mars

BACKGROUND:
The photograph analyzed here (ESP_057422_1285) was acquired by NASA’s Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter on 26 October 2018 and is described as ‘USGS Dune Database Entry Number 2161-512.’

ANALYSIS:
Featured here are a set of diverse anomalies I discovered at a site East of Mars 3 Lander in a region of Mars called Tader Valles.

The images featured here were upscaled using Topaz Labs’ Gigapixel.

As always, until we get to see these anomalies up close and personal, I can only speculate as to what these objects might be.
