BACKGROUND:
The photograph analyzed here (PSP_003155_1820) was acquired by NASA’s Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter (MRO) HiRISE Camera on 30 March 2007 and is described as ‘Layered Buttes in Crater Interior.’
ANALYSIS:
Featured here is a huge rectangular, step-like pyramid measuring approximately 200 metres long by 100 metres Wide. Seen are rows of blocks each approximately 5 metres across. There is a long narrow part in the center of the top layer of this possible pyramid. Also seen in this photograph is a possible four sided pyramid measuring 130 metres by 130 metres long at the base.
Could these pyramidal features have been built using the natural buttes in the area, just like we find structures built here on Earth using natural material and surroundings?
My friend Anime in France made this discovery and asked me to take a closer look at it.
As always, until we get to see these anomalies up close and personal and investigate them in detail, I can only speculate as to what these objects might be.
