MRO | Huge Square-Shaped Feature Near Schiaparelli on Mars

BACKGROUND:
The photograph analyzed here (B19_017237_1741_XI_05S354W) was acquired by NASA’s Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter (MRO) Context Camera (CTX) on 2010-03-31 and is described as ‘Craters in Sinus Meridiani.’

ANALYSIS:
This huge square surface feature on Mars measuring approximately 32km per side was discovered by-and-submitted-to my Executive Producer Brian Dobbs by Amine Belkessam. In this feature I present this huge surface feature as well as one previously discovered by Richard Hoagland in 2001 measuring 1.6km per side. George Haas of the Cydonia Institute also recently wrote and published a paper about the structure discovered by Hoagland.

Both George Haas as well as Amine Belkessam suggest these structures on Mars might be similar to fortress’s imaged/scanned by remote sensing here on Earth.

As always, until we get to see these anomalies up close and personal and investigate them in detail, I can only speculate as to what these objects might be.

IMAGE UPSCALING:
To see more examples of how well this image upscaler works and to read about the technology used please refer to the following web page:

Topaz Labs’ Gigapixel is not the run-of-the-mill free AI image upscaler. It is an expensive piece of sophisticated software used in studios and by professional photographers around the world.

NASA uses Topaz Labs upscaling technology:

DISCLAIMER:
Many or all of the anomalies/artefacts covered in this presentation may be naturally occurring geological features caused by some type of geological processes, however due to the lack of specific information from the source we can only speculate whether these are all natural or some artificial in nature.

In cases where I say an anomaly looks like something I’m attempting to clarify what I see and not specifically that the anomaly is what I say it looks like.

My intention is only to share anomalies I’ve discovered on Mars and not to convince anyone that there is or was a civilization on Mars.

As Will Farrar from WhatsUpInTheSky says: “I see what I see, you see what you see.”
